787 Update December 23

787 number four N7874 is scheduled to leave Everett for Seattle early this afternoon.

Update 1:45 pm

BOEING 004 has just started engines, 12 on board. Should be taking off shortly. A KOMO News helicopter is overhead getting video.

Update 2:04 pm

After doing a high speed taxi on 16R, BOEING 004 taxied back to 16R and departed to the south, made a right turn and headed to Tatoosh at FL310.

N7874 ready to begin a high speed taxi. In the background, ZA001 N787BA is on the left and ZA102 N6066Z is on the right. N7874 has been at Paine Field since it was ferried from Boeing Field in Seattle on November 21. There are no production flights scheduled from December 24 until January 5 so this may be the last big thing of 2010.

ZA102 was moved from stall 102 to the 45-01 paint hangar in the evening.

The two 787s parked on the 40-51 apron were moved today. Line 15, seen here, was moved to stall 213 and line 18 was moved to the fuel dock.
